The Brazilian Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (BCTRIMS) and the European Charcot Foundation (ECF) are pleased to announce the 4th Annual BCTRIMS & ECF Joint Meeting, which will take place virtually on September 19, 2026.
This event is part of our ongoing commitment to continuing medical education and aims to review the latest advances in the understanding, diagnosis, and management of multiple sclerosis and related demyelinating disorders of the central nervous system.
The 4th Annual Joint Meeting will bring together renowned specialists from Brazil and Europe for a high-level scientific exchange. This year’s program will focus on the optic nerve as a critical structure in multiple sclerosis and related disorders, highlighting current concepts, diagnostic challenges, emerging technologies, and their implications for clinical practice and research.
The scientific program, entitled “The Optic Nerve in MS and Related Disorders”, will feature two main sessions:
Session 1: Optic Neuritis: Clinical Phenotypes, Criteria, and Differential Diagnosis
Session 2: Imaging, Visual Outcomes, OCT/VEP, and Clinical Trials
BCTRIMS and the ECF are proud to offer this comprehensive and timely educational initiative, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among healthcare professionals dedicated to neuroimmunology and demyelinating diseases.
We look forward to your participation this September.
